I provide a truly personal approach and have years of experience in helping new intended parents grow their family through surrogacy. I am on hand to help with any questions or stresses you may have, and provide a friendly helping hand whenever it may be needed. I have also built an online support community to help you through your journey, helping you feel more supported than ever.
ABOUT US
COTS was founded in 1988 and closed in September 2025 having facilitated 1,143 surrogate babies born. It was a registered not for profit organisation. It is run by people dedicated in helping others through surrogacy.
Their prime objective was to pass on their collective experience to surrogates and would be parents helping them to understand the implications of surrogacy before they enter into an arrangement and to deal with any problems that may arise during it.
They offered a wide range of practical support and advice to COTS members.
Kim Cotton with her surrogacy advice line is now taking on the task independently with her 40 years experience in this field.
